Maritime Students AccommodationEach apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room/bedroom, kitchen with fitted appliances, broad band internet connection, shower room/WC and an individual balcony.

The community has facilities including 'penthouse' residents' Common Room which, like many of the individual apartments takes advantage of views across the harbour to the sea and the town. The Common Rooms are popular meeting places with pool table, vending machines, and seating areas to read, relax and socialise. All studios are equipped with a variety of fittings, and further 'packages' can be purchased so your studio is completely ready for occupation

As the students have settled in we have found it necessary to add some extra faciilties for their comfort, and the smooth running of the building.  Each floor now has its own iron and ironing boards, vaccum cleaner, and laminate flooring clearner.  There are also a limited number of secure storage boxes (available on a first come first served basis), some car parks (cycling, public transport and car sharing are strongly encouraged), and a supply of light bulbs on site for the students.
