Rental Vacancies

Each apartment comprises an entrance hall, living room/bedroom, kitchen with fitted appliances, shower room/WC and an individual balcony.

The development provides communal facilities including a Reception with meeting area and plasma screen TV, a 'penthouse' residents' Common Room which, like many of the individual apartments will take advantage of views across the harbour to the sea and the town. This area will be a popular meeting place with pool table, vending machines, and seating areas to read, relax and socialise.

Common Room

Most studios have been let for the current academic year 2008/2009.  The current vacancies shown are available for a maximum period 1st March to 30th August 2009.

Newsflash

Students at the Tremough campus in Penryn have been receiving invaluable hints on how to eat healthily on a budget.

A new scheme encouraging students to cook nutritious, yet affordable, meals has been set up by university College Falmouth and the University of Exeter, which share the campus.

The project is being run by Eatsome, a healthy eating programme which is part of NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

The weekly cooking sessions cater for up to eight students.
