Please note a deposit (£525) and an administration fee (£130) are required to reserve/rent a studio. Payments can be made over the telephone or alternatively you can you our online payment form.

• Rental is payable in instalments which is due on the following dates: 7th July (summer tenants), 1st September, 6th October, 12th January & 27th April
• Contract start dates are 1st September 2012 unless otherwise stated (i.e. 'October' below the rental amount)
  
• ALL contracts run until 6th July 2013.
  
• There are no bills included in the rental price: however the only bill payable is a quarterly bill for electricity, which is billed from EDF directly to the tenant
• There is a free broadband service within the building that residents are able to connect to, however this does have some restrictions on its service. The option to have an individual line set up in a studio is available, but obviously there is a set up cost for this (this is an agreement solely between the tenant and their ISP)
• Water rates are payable by the individual landlords
