In your studio the following items are provided:

Security keys and building entry fob at the start of occupation

Living/Bedroom

• Pull down double bed with mattress (standard studios)

• Freestanding double bed with mattress (1 bedroom and larger room studios)

• Built-in wardrobe, desk and shelving

• Office style chair

• Programmable electric panel heater(s)

• Venetian blinds to balcony door and windows

• Connection sockets for broadband, central television aerial and Sky Plus satellite

Kitchen

• Range of base units under worktop and eye-level units

• Stainless steel sink unit with monoblock tap

• 4 ring electric hob and extractor hood over

• Washer dryer

• Fridge with small freezer compartment

Shower room/WC

• Electric power shower

• Fully tiled shower cubicle

• Wash basin

• Mirror and shaver socket over

• WC

• Electrically heated towel rail

YOU will need to provide:

• Duvet and pillows

• Bedding

• Towels and tea towels

• Kettle
• Combi microwave/oven

• Toaster

• Iron

• Pots and pans (suitable for microwave as well as for use on hob)

• Cooking utensils

• Crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses
• CAT5E cable (patch lead) to connect to the building-wide broadband service

IMPORTANT - YOU WILL ALSO NEED ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

In the case of lost or missing keys a charge of £95.00 for replacement will be made

CONTENTS INSURANCE (The building itself is insured by Maritime Studios Management Company)

TELEVISION LICENCE (if you are bringing a television for your studio)

The studio is wired for digital television and for Sky Plus but you must provide a digital box and/or arrange your own subscription package with Sky
